When using this mechanical silicone finger (installed on the SPREADMASTER<\/strong><\/a>), a new finger pad must be placed between each product.<\/p>\n

The fingertips should be made of non-textured, powder-free, medium-sized latex (if other fingertips are used, an equivalent validated result must be demonstrated for the present method).
The fingerstock should fit snugly around the robot finger, without ripples, wrinkles or tears where the product could become trapped.<\/p>\n

The mechanical finger should be replaced after every 400 spreading operations or when damaged.<\/p>\n
