How long does it take to complete your in vitro solar tests?

Once we have received the Information Sheet and the product in our laboratory, it takes between 1 and 3 days to carry out an in vitro sun test and send you a brief report, and between 5 and 7 days to send you the final report.

How long does it take to complete your in vivo sun tests?

Once the Information Sheet, the Safety Data Sheet and the product have been received by the laboratory, it takes between 1 and 3 months (depending on the schedule) for an in vivo sun test to be carried out, with a brief report and the final report being sent.

How much product should I send for a sun test?

For in vitro testing, we need at least 1 sample of about 30 ml (30 g).
For in vivo testing, we need at least 2 samples of around 30 ml (30 g) each.

What are the shipping times for orders?

Once the order has been confirmed, delivery times (subject to stock availability and dispatch planning) are as follows:
– For our consumables (HD6 and SB6 substrates, Silicone finger, etc.), please allow 1 to 2 weeks.
– For our THERMASTER speaker, it takes between 1 and 2 months.
– For our SPREADMASTER robot, it takes between 2 and 3 months.
