Job summary:
We are looking for a qualified and motivated administrative and reception employee to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors and volunteers, managing parcels, products and volunteers. You will also be involved in the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach, administrative management and the smooth running of the company as a whole.
Main tasks:
- Reception: Welcome external visitors and volunteers, and deal with telephone calls.
- Parcel management: Mail/package reception (internal distribution and stock management) and parcel dispatch (organization, collection, etc.).
- Receiving and registering products: Ensure the accurate receipt, registration and labeling of products entering/leaving the laboratory.
- Volunteer management: Help with the administrative management of volunteers (recruitment, schedules, appointments, etc.).
- Contribute to the CSR approach: Participate in internal CSR initiatives and help implement actions and analyses.
- General administrative support: Assist the administrative team (filing, shipping, invoicing, etc.) and help with general organization/coordination within the company (internal/external training, travel, events, etc.).
Qualifications :
- Diploma (bac+2 or bac+3) specializing in administrative and/or business management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar position involving interaction with visitors is desirable.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sense of discretion and benevolence.
